When will I receive my tracking number?

Once your order has been processed for stock verification and packaging, it typically takes about 3-5 business days to prepare for shipment. As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, the tracking details will be generated and sent to you. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons and holidays.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located at: Zhejiang Province, China.

We offer international shipping through Yun Express.

Risk-Free Shipping Guarantee

If your order does not arrive within 60 days, you will receive a full refund for that item. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If an order reaches the destination country but is:
